WEST FRANKFORT, IL (KFVS) - The West Frankfort Police Department arrested 18 on Monday, May 21 after an undercover drug investigation.
Those arrested include:
- Isadore N. Armstrong, 54, from West Frankfort - Four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Don M. Murphy, 63, from West Frankfort - Two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Yuvett M. McClurken, 54, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Michael E. Trimble, 41, from Zeigler - One county of burglary
- Christopher L. Rollins, 28, from Stonefort - Two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Brian E. Carle, 20, from Ewing - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Trent W. Earnheart, 26, from West Frankfort - One count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Joseph G. Strand, 53, from Johnston City - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Likeya M. Jordan, 32, from Herrin - Two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Jonathan R. McPherson, 32, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Darrell L. Taylor, 30, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Catherine L. Bandy, 44, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Michael J. Morgan, 50, from West Frankfort - Four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Amanda R. Moore, 28, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Michael L. Tomshack, 47, from West Frankfort - One count of criminal damage to property
- Shelly Y. Watkins, 48, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Michael J. Flodstrom, 31, from West Frankfort - Three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
- Gary D. Gunter, 30, from West Frankfort - One count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
Police say the investigations were time intensive, requiring hours of electronic, mobile and static surveillance; background investigations; informant management; written documents; court order preparations; and purchases of controlled substance.
They say these cases were presented to the Franklin County State's Attorney's Office during the first week of May. Forty-five charges were filed and police say they received 18 warrants of arrest.
The West Frankfort Police Department received assistance from the following agencies during the arrests on Monday:

- Benton Police Department
- West City Police Department
- Christopher Police Department
- Sesser Police Department
- Zeigler Police Department
- Southern Illinois Drug Task Force
