FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL (KFVS)- Accused cattle rustler Ron
Shepard will wait a little longer to find out if he's going back to federal
prison.

The Benton, Illinois
hearing to revoke his probation's been moved from Thursday to mid-September.

This after Shepard's
probation officer added counts of fraud and theft involving cattle to his court
petition.

Shepard, who remains in
the Franklin County Jail, faces criminal charges involving stolen cattle worth
millions of dollars in at least four states.
