Hospice of Southern Illinois hires new Chief Clinical Officer | Business
BELLVILLE, IL (KFVS) - Hospice of Southern Illinois has hired Floria Densmore as the new Chief Clinical Officer.
Floria has come back to her home state of Illinois to continue her hospice nursing and administrative career.
After being raised and receiving her early education in Sparta, Ill., Floria earned her Bachelors in nursing from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo.
Later on she received her Master of Science in Management from the school of business at Argosy University in Nashville, Tenn.
Floria originally joined the Hospice of Southern Illinois team in 1997 and was clinical supervisor until 2003.
Then, due to her husband's career move she and her family relocated to Tennessee where she joined Alive Hospice of Tennessee.
Floria states that her goal is “to be a good steward of Hospice of Southern Illinois resources and to support the many individuals who provide exquisite care to patients and families we serve daily.”
